It's getting closer...and closer...and closer... and James hasn't still figured out how to solve the sheep crisis :D And with nothing planned yet! But I actually got down to making a list of places to see and after a lot of asking about and stuff I came up with the following list:
Christchurch, Lake Pukaki, Wanaka, Queenstown, Doubtful Sound, Milford Sound, Mt. Cook, Fox Glacier, FJ Glacier, Abel Tasman, Kaikoura, Wellington, Mt. Taranaki, Tongariro, Lake Taupo, Rotorua, Bay of islands, Auckland
And that seems like a lot...especially cos it's spread over a drive which is longer than 1500km. And my colleague expert at BAA just came up with the idea of Stewart Island which seems like this paradise..utopia..island which according to description is 'invdaded' by kiwis. Seems well worth a visit, especially after 2 days of suicidal endavours in Queenstown and the current offer which includes flight and accommodation for only 100 quid. And we said we're not leaving the islands before seeing a wild kiwi right?
