My last full day in the UK this year - nothing eventful much ... work as usual with a complete lack of focus. Had some really good chats with colleagues and friends and returned home late to finish off some last packing. Early morning tomorrow leaving home 8:30am, flight 3:30pm!
Gonna be my first real extra long-haul flight so don't really know what to expect...and there's a limit to how much entertainment you can take! Luckily I enjoy the travelling bit and never once minded train trips or coach trips venturing into the 20hours or so but I guess plane is bound to be more uncomfortable. Hopefully I'll manage to let my mind wander off into some distant land of unconstrained thoughts and reflection....or as some people put it..relax :).
